Dr. dr. Asra Al-Fauzi, SE, MM, Sp.BS (K), FICS, IFAANS

Merupakan anggota Surabaya Neuroscience Institute (SNei) yang merupakan spesialis bedah di bidang cavernoma atau yang sering disebut dengan kelainan pembuluh saraf otak. Beliau mengenyam pendidikan kedokteran di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Udayana pada tahun 1996.

Pada tahun 2001, beliau menyelesaikan pendidikannya di Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin pada Fakultas Ekonomi dalam bidang manajemen. Kemudian, beliau melanjutkan studinya pada Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Airlangga dalam bidang bedah saraf. Ia memperoleh pendidikan dokter lanjutan di Jepang, yaitu di Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery Training, Stroke and Brain Center, Aizawa Hospital,  Matsumoto City. Lalu di  Department of Neurosurgery, Shinshu University Hospital, Matsumoto City. Dari jepang kemudian beliau menuju negeri paman sam untuk melanjutkan pendidikan dokternya di Cerebral Revascularization Training : Microanastomosis and EC-IC Bypass Technique, St. Louis, Missouri.  Kemudian ia kembali ke Indonesia dan menyelesaikan pendidikan doktor di Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya.

Beliau saat ini selain berpraktik di RSU, DR. Soetomo, beliau juga merupakan asisten professor dan ketua jurusan neurovascular & neuroendovascular, departement pada jurusan ilmu bedah saraf, Universitas Airlangga. Selain itu, pria asal Jogjakarta ini pernah menjabat sebagai sekretaris jendral pada 11th Asian Congress of Neurological Surgeons (ACNS)  pada 2016.
